Starting therapy can feel like a big step — especially when you’re not sure what to expect. Here are the questions I’m asked most often, from what sessions look like to how insurance works.

Yes — I accept several major insurance plans for therapy. Coverage and benefits can vary by plan, so feel free to reach out if you would like help confirming your benefits before we schedule.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and goals, then discuss specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment when possible. This helps keep session time available for other clients who need support.
- One late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) is allowed as a one-time courtesy pass
- After that, a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a late cancel — $75 fee
- Missing an appointment without notice is a no-show — $125 fee

I'm well-versed in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Compassion Focused and Mindfulness Approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based, Narrative Therapy, Systems Therapy, DBT, Positive Psychology, and more. I LOVE learning the latest, most effective approaches & my goal is to create the best outcome.
