How sessions work
Most clients meet by secure telehealth. You will receive a session invitation by email; enter with one link from the privacy of your home, while traveling, or any private location you choose.
My practice is based in St. Petersburg, Florida. I offer HIPAA-compliant Zoom for individuals, couples, and families throughout Florida, and in-person therapy, coaching, and intensives in office when dates are open.
Before your first session, we will review telehealth consent and what to expect so you understand the benefits and possible limitations of virtual care—and we will confirm whether telehealth, in-person, or a combination best fits your goals.
